Per CSB; A homeless man has taken shelter in our parking spot in the alleyway behind our apartment. There are hazardous materials that we cannot remove ourselves. I contacted the police yesterday 03/08/2023 when the man was still present, but when dispatch came by they did not find him. I am requesting someone come move the garbage from our parking spot.

Rental property that has been left in a state of filth. There is garbage dumping surrounding the door and parking area. Neither tenants nor landlord take care of trash that is strewn about.
