Per Online; Alarm/siren (perhaps for a sump pump) frequently goes off for multiple days per month. The tone is a very loud, constant high pitched whine coming from the parking garage facing the alley. The alarm can continue for hours, if not days without resolution. Frequently, this sound continues on overnight and we are unable to contact property management.

For the last two years, garbage trucks have come to pick up recycle and trash during all hours of the night in the alley of my apartment building. PER ONLINE: Construction being done in lot across ally behind the 22/24 Etruria St Aparments (Henry Apartments). Extremely loud, sounding like jake hammer at 9 pm.

NOISE--per online--There has been jackhammering and construction going on directly behind my apartment building starting at 9pm tonight and on. This is against the Seattle Noise ordinance and is causing me to not sleep. We had no warning of this going on- if there had been we would have made sure we were not in the area. We both have 5 am wake up calls for work.
