Excessive noise, alarm like ringing for multiple hours beginning in the 5 am hour if not earlier.

Per Online; Alarm/siren (perhaps for a sump pump) frequently goes off for multiple days per month. The tone is a very loud, constant high pitched whine coming from the parking garage facing the alley. The alarm can continue for hours, if not days without resolution. Frequently, this sound continues on overnight and we are unable to contact property management.

For the last two years, garbage trucks have come to pick up recycle and trash during all hours of the night in the alley of my apartment building.
