There are even cracks in the parking garage leaking water onto our car. The outside of the building is covered in moss and deteriorating. We don't feel that the landlord is going to adequately deal with this based on how they dismissed our concerns and condescendingly spoke with us.(routed from H/Z inspection complaint no. 002226-24CP)

Our house is extremely moldy and unhealthy and we were told that it is just "Seattle" and all houses are moldy which is not true. Our kitchen fan is leaking water into the paint and our two bathroom fans are both infested in black mold, while the landlord just tried to paint over it and it started to peel back. The maintenance technician said it's not that big of a problem and they are just going to clean the vent but I'm worried that it is a much more widespread problem. There are even cracks
