Per 1/26/13 online complaint: "The DPD website says there is a permit for a deck addition. The entire house was raised, complete new foundation, major plumbing. Off street parking eliminated. Appears to be trying to make four units where two was only permissible as "grandfathered" zoning. Construction seems to have ceased."***Is work per Permit 6329906? Most recent inspection was 11/8/12 and construction methods appear to not meet minimum code. See attached photos (7) taken by H/Z Inspector Pat
