Per online: Stone workers cutting marble countertops in the back parking lot of 6 u it apartment building renovation. Their tile cutting implements use water, and the runoff has been going unabated into the alley. The runoff leaves a very fine silt, that is now embedded in the alley for nearly 100 yards.Note: Is TESC/CSC per permit #6530243?
