Per Online; Property owner has now cut down all remaining trees on their property. This brings the total to 5 live trees and 2 dead trees removed in the past ~month (see 006128-22CP, 006503-22CP) One large bush remains, which has also been trimmed back considerably.

Removal of 12-14 live, healthy tree without a permit in SE corner of property . Complaint 006128-22CP was filed and closed with the description "Spoke with arborist and the tree was a birch that has died of bronze birch borer and the trees are not exceptional." However does not refer to the tree in question. The dead birch trees were on the W boundary of the property. The red oak was on the SE corner of the property. See attached photos from Google Maps
