Per Online; The Trash area for the building on Waverly Place is an eyesore. Also the uncovered bins are attracting vermin, vagrants and neighbors to use this area as a dumping ground and fire hazard. The owners should get new replacement bins with locks for their tenants. We are condo owners and this rental building makes this area look disgraceful and diminishes our value.
