Per Online; Elevator in building makes extremely loud noise when moving up to 3rd floor. Noise is like a grinding sound. Also does not stop at correct position and is a major trip hazard, especially since the majority of units are older people. An annual conveyance inspection report is not displayed. Age of problems with elevator 6 months.
