Per Online; Permit Record Number: 6697439-CN indicates that the Ground Disturbance / Maximum Cut Depth in Feet is 4 ft. The actual cut depth is much much more than this, estimated at 16 - 20 ft. See the attached photo of the current site excavation.

We have requested a hearing to discuss many aspects of development at 2411 West Boston Street. Despite the fact that there were over 50 requests for a community meeting, our request was denied. Issues of concern include:1. The current plans appear to violate the requirements for walkways and vehicle access.
