The property owner of 2411 W Lynn Street has permit applications currently in review with SDCI. They are proposing to removed a tree that the property survey provided for public record shows as located on the property line with 2415 W Lynn St (which is my property). Previously this owner tried to cut this tree down without a permit and we were able to stop them from doing so. They have now posted a tree removal notice and it appears as though they will be trying to cut down the tree again. We a

There is a project proposed at 2411 W Lynn Street. A large tree is located on the property line between the project property and our property (2415 W Lynn St). We have submitted public comment regarding this tree with no response. The tree is partially on our property. A crew came today to cut down the tree without notice or a permit and attempted to cut down the tree. We were able to stop them because we we home and saw the crew arrive but believe they will attempt this again.
