Our heater had a carbon monoxide leak on 2/7, which the fire department attended to at 7:13pm. I? gave my property manager written notice of this at 11:21pm on 2/7. My property manager contacted Five Star, the maintenance company, at 8:55am on 2/10. The only correspondence taken within 24 hours of my written notice of heating failure was an email from our property manger to her operations manager at 11:44am on 2/8 which stated: "Please see below.
