I've been dealing with mold for 2 months. Istill have a hole in the ceiling wherepatches have beenapplied, but the rootproblem has not been repaired. Ihave a strong moldodor in my unit. Management is notresponding to request to repair orconfirm the mold.What are my rights?

The dumpster and garage cans are left at City easement too far out. Our tenants next door could not safely make a right turn unless the car goes into the other lane and turn back. Our tenant almost had a car accident due to difficult right turn when coming out of the driveway.

Multiple housing complaints: No handrails on steps up to each individual unit on units 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7. This is a safety issue as in inclement weather there is no support when climbing the stairs or providing support in case of a fall. Drains in kitchen are slow, low water pressure in all units, refusing to replace rusted and pipes that are the wrong size.
