Copied from 7/18/13 online complaint:" Construction without Permits:*Huge fence on top of retaining wall recently constructed*Hot tub added to the property*new drainage install under new sod draining property water to WDOT/520 property and property is potential landslide zone."Fence is Housing/zoning caseNo active permits. electrical permit 6322821 is expired and does not included ded circuit or feeder for hot tub. Owner stated that hot tub didn't need ded circuit.

Per online complaint: "They are the last house on the west side of the street on 11 ave e before Roanoke, I think the address provided was correct. directly across from Seattle Prep, their yard is also accessed through a shared driveway at 2422 Federal Ave E. They have been building a fence that is nearly ten feet tall."
