Per Online, I live at 2424 E madison and infront of my apt on Madison is a giant metal plate in the middle of the road. It was place there by construction yesterday. When cars go over it its soooooooo loud. A giant truck or something went over it and startled me in the shower... thats how loud it is. Is there some way to make it flatter or a different material or something??? anything. Can I start a go fund me to get some asphalt filled in or something. the metal plate i
