This property has four dogs onsite, which is over the allowed limit. These dogs bark and whine all day long. This is a complaint for the following:1. Exceeding the number of allowed dogs2. Constant barking both during daytime and nighttime hours. The nighttime barking often goes hours past 10pm.

The house behind my apartment has a really loud rooster that crows early in the mornings. I don't think they keep it in a cage because I've seen it wandering around the hillside and road to their house.
