Someone put up a "black lives matter" sign in the hallway window of my building and the landlord sent obnoxious emails to everyone about it including one which said, in part, "Please be advised, if I find out who is responsible, I have the option of issuing a 10-day notice. A 10-day is a Washington State legal notice which is prelude to an eviction, and a mark on your rental history".
