You are receiving this complaint in regard to three or more recycling dumpsters located in the alley to the south of the Bellagio Condominium 2425 33rd Ave West, Seattle WA 98199. These dumpsters serve businesses located at 3300 and 3320 West McGraw. Numerous residents on the south and east sides of our building are complaining about the dumpster lids opening and closing violently in the wind.
