Complaint

Opened February 20, 2026

I submitted a complaint about ants in the building which I believe was misunderstood. Our building has a terrible issue with moisture draining through the walls from a roof leak. Despite being in the middle of winter, we have a systemic ant infestation. The moist walls are leading the ants which come by the hundreds if any food is left out. They are everywhere. It would not happen if the building wasn't soaked. It's not a normal ant problem. It's overwhelming.

Utility bill charges are appearing as much as a month late and marked as overdue charges. There is no reason why they should be applied over a month late. If I had moved out during that time I would not have been able to connect with them to pay the charge.

People here have complained and noticed that there are bugs on the property. They aren't in any single unit but maintenance will only address resident issues reported from one unit. The building is experiencing an infestation and with no onsite representation, we have no property manager and none has been hired. There is no way to address this besides alerting maintenance, who will not address a building wide issue.
