While showing the unit for rent, the property manager made several statements that indicated poor observance of tenants' rights. When asked, they stated that the second month's rent would be "shifted" to the first payment in order to "make up the rest of the deposit". In addition, they refused to give us the entire rental application, seemingly to prevent us from turning in the first application on the unit and/or to avoid disclosing the exact move-in costs. We decline
