Deck has rotted wood, very dangerous someone could fall thru. Mold in unit, kitchen and master bdrm. Believe water or leak is causing it, not sure where is, smells like mold could be in the carpet. Tenant is moving 3/15, please come before then for entry

Crew on site cutting trees in ECA. Work began at approximately 9:00am 5/30/17. No company name is visible, but the work can be viewed from below the hillside on Alki Ave SW (look directly East of 54th Pl SW). Crew is actively topping Big Leaf Maples - woody debris is being left on site. "Azul Landscaping Services" is the name of the company doing the work.***Azul Landscaping Services: (206) 369-3638***
