Tenant rents a unit within a duplex, which experienced fire damage several weeks ago. Fire Dept. responded and has deemed the unit uninhabitable. Landlords have told tenant that they will return last months rent and the security deposit in full. Tenant called Complaint Line with questions pertaining to Tenant Relocation Assistance.
