Negligent property owner and property manager. I submitted a maintenance request on 12/22 for a broken shower. I have submitted 4 requests since to resolve the issue. Over 4 weeks after the maintenance request has been submitted there has been no resolution. I have had the same issue with maintenance requests in the past. This building owner for 2441 8th Ave North Seattle, WA 98109 and the person hired to manage the property needs investigated ASAP. The building owner is Bill Leyrer who resides
