I rented Unit 206 at Tara Lake View, 2442 8th Ave N, Seattle, from HUMF TARA LLC, managed by Redside Partners, LLC. I paid a $750 security deposit. I vacated and returned all keys on May 27, 2026; management acknowledged the move-out on May 28, and the lease ended May 31. A June 29 disposition stated that $475.44 was due back to me. As of August 3, 2026, I have not received that refund. The first documented payment attempt was an ACH initiated July 21; Bilt rejected it and returned it to Redsid

Hello,?Since mid-November, I have experienced persistent and unusually amplified impact noise entering my unit that appears to be directly transmitted through the building structure rather than attenuated by the floor system. The noise is characterized by heavy footfall impacts producing pounding / stomping-like, sharply percussive impact sounds, as well as object-to-floor impacts that are clearly audible below and occur with little to no sound dampening.The noise occurs on a daily basis,

Contractor renovating and demoing units directly adjacent to apartment, specifically along walls adjacent to the bedroom. Running loud power saws and drills, in addition to hammering. Believe noise db exceeds legal limit due to the proximity they are running equipment and the poor sound insulation between my bedroom and the work areas.
