CONSTRUCTION & HOUSING--per online--I have multiple complaints to file. Numbers are from the RRIO checklist. Others mentioned are permiting violations. I have photographic evidence for each. I am a tenant in the unit where these violations are occuring. 7.3 Reported strong odor before water appeared. PM state cause to be tub drain. Yet drain is much lower and further away than site of water. Restoration removal of kitchen cabinets exposed a floor drain directly adjacent to whe
