Life-safety and building code violation. Management/HOA has intentionally bolted and screwed shut the common area hallway and stairway windows during a severe Seattle smoke/air quality crisis. This blocks essential ventilation, creates a dangerous chimney effect, and forces toxic smoke and hazardous air directly into residential units, including Unit 304, violating habitability and emergency safety standards.
