I am wondering if the framing that has gone up recently on the rooftop of a multi-family building in my neighborhood has an approved City of Seattle Building Permit. It appears a third story is going up, and I want to verify that this addition is within height, code, and other restrictions in this residential neighborhood. The construction is on top of the 4-unit building at 2464 Alki Ave SW called the "Shoremont Apartments".
