Property owner removed 30-ft long mature laurel hedge. The site has been designated as an ECA (i.e., Steep Slope, Potential Slide Area, Known Slides). Hedge has been completely removed. Complainant believes that the property owner is preparing to construct a rock wall out of masonry and additional parking spaces.***See email with attached photos***
