2483 Birch Ave N Seattle, WA 98109 United States Domaine apartments The elevator has been out of service since 6/19 there has been no resolution. There are elderly and disabled residents reliving on the 5th and 6th floors.

apartment is storing dumpsters in the cul-de-sac. This is causing a traffic obstruction and a safety Hazzard for commercial vehicles. Also i don't believe that they can do that because its against city ordinance. Also i believe that a use permit must be purchased in order to put a dumpster in the public right of way.
