There is mold growing in the wall behind our tub and we didn't realize it's been there since before move in and likely before the last tenants due to improper tile installation and bad building ventilation issues . We have placed a dehumidifier in every room including the bathroom but we still have issues. We have 4 small children and 2 are babies. We are very concerned about the mold and afraid when the maintenance decides to finally come in they will cover it up and not get to the root of it

Per Online;For the last couple months , water has been leaking out tons from the water heater in the laundry room and tonight for the 2nd time since we moved in, there is dirty water pouring out of our ceiling light !

We have lived in our apartment building for more than 3 years:. We have had our dogs the whole time we have lived here and they are quiet and do not cause any issues at all. Someone is home almost all of the time and the entirely of the dogs lives we have never heard them bark much at all maybe a couple times per day for 30 seconds or less each. Really minimal.
