The construction site behind our house begun construction at 7am on MLK Jr day, which is a federal holiday. They should be starting at 9am on Holidays. I informed them of this and was told the boss would be informed but that they would not stop working. I unfortunately did not get a recording of the loud noises at 7am. They were operating a backhoe and loading a dump trailer.
