Per 12/29/07 online complaint (rec'd 12/31/07 by VAS): "OWNER HAS BEEN REMOVING ALL OF HIS LAWN AND DIRT UNDERNEATH TRUCKING AWAY SEVERAL TRUCK LOADS OF DIRT AND IS ALSO USING STREET FOR STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT HAS PREVIOUSLY PILED DIRT ONTO STREET"***grading w/o a permit: lowered the grade by 3' and removed at least 7 dumpsters (16' long X 8' wide X 5' tall) of dirt and TESC issues***SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS (2) BY COMPLAINANT
