Per online complaint: "RAT INFESTATION in morning glory and ivy bushes are forcing pedestrians off the sidewalk. In addition, we have found crack pipes and metal guns in the overgrown grass that's the owner does not take care of. The vegetation on both sides out of control!"

Per 5/19/14 online complaint (reported address was 2429 SW Holden St): "Vegetation from overhanging or encroaching sidewalk: These lots are ADJACENT to to 2429 Holden address given here: ivy, sod, blackberry overgrowing 1/2 of sidewalk along entire property frontage on Holden. It's a steep embankment to the sidewalk. The retaining wall is leaning toward the sidewalk."***Is leaning retaining wall at this site an imminent hazard to the adjacent public sidewalk?***
