Per Online; House was remodeled (Flipped) and is currently listed for sale. I'm not sure all permits were required. Specifically a beam that spans further than 14 ft. It's clear the beam is visually sagging and poses a safety hazard of the roof collapsing. The beam is not engineered.. You can see a load bearing wall that used to exist in previous listing photos an isn't there anymore. There's also combustible material within 6" of the fireplace. The main level bathroom shower

Per online: White House on the corner of Americus and Columbia. It is heavily overgrown, broken windows. I'm concerned it may be a target for squatters. I live across the street, and it has not been touched for maintenance since before winter. Ongoing since November 2016.
