Major construction noise from job site prior to 7am no special permit posted. They?ve been at it for a week or so cutting metal, using saws, and other equipment well before 7 am. Fairbank construction. They?ve been pretty bad about their scheduling and work times. Just because your behind schedule doesn?t mean disrupting neighbors

I live next door. Loud construction noise (removing scaffolding) began Sunday, 10/15, at 7:30 am directly outside my bedroom. Code states construction may start at 9 am on Sunday morning.
