Per 1/17/14 e-mail from Susan Vaughan to Victoria Simpson & Jeff Krieg: "This home is a SF and has been made in to a duplex. I cannot find permits for the construction or change of use. The electrical contractor has replaced a single meter with a 3 pack which I have failed."***Creating a multi-family (duplex? triplex?) from a SFR, enlarging a dormer and enlarging a front porch without permits and inspections (see aerial photos & King Co photos - same owner since 1999)***
