The only elevator to the second floor has been out of service for 11 months. There are two buildings in our complex with five total elevators. 3 in the tower (which has the complex's "official" address of 2515 4th ave) and two in the court building (whose entrance is at 2550 3rd Ave, Seattle, WA 98121) On 11/11/2025, management notified residents that the only elevator to the second floor of the court building was no longer operational.
