On 11/7/2025 Engine 20 noted the following on a response to an alarm. "Circuit breaker panel in apartment unit did not trip when significant arcing from 240v 20 amp baseboard heater occurred leaving scorch marks. Continual arcing when removing thermostat cover with still no trip of circuit panel breaker.
