POTADoing construction/renovation outside. Chemicals they are using is really strong coming into homes causing sickness and headaches. They haven't done any modifications to units at all tenants were told after renovations they will raise the rent. They have no use of balcony due to construction, what are their rights? They're not telling tenants everything.
