Air conditioner making horrible noise can hear it at top of hill

The high-pitched noise generated by what seems to be the belt of the AC unit of Dukes Seafood Restaurant can be heard throughout the Alki neighborhood and measures approximately 92db on a consistent basis. Please help us have them fix their AC asap as we would like to be able to enjoy our outdoors as well as keep our windows open at night

Duke's Chowder House has a fan system you can hear from across the street it's so loud

Duke's Chowder house has an exceptionality loud air duct on their roof. It resonates sound down 58th Ave 24 hours a day and can even be heard halfway down the block with my doors and windows closed.
