I don't believe this property is to code and that it has violated rental registration and inspection ordinance. There is history of tenant complaints spanning several years and new tenancies. There is a tree impacting the sidewalk fence as well as the metal railing to the main front door that is ripping the fasteners out of the supporting wall. It also creates creaking that can be felt and heard in the neighboring unit A which shares a wall.
