Excavation, heavy equipment noise at 2 am in the morning January 14, 2021. The excavator has worked on or around midnight on at least three occasions in the last week or so. Ref: police incident # 21-11905.

I walked by this property and noticed several (at least four) large (~18" diameter trunks) trees had been recently cut down. I did not see any posted permits. I suspect the small house at the back of the lot is being replaced by a larger-footprint building. I know the City has rules about tree cutting and I wanted to make sure it was done legally.
