Tenant rights regarding mold 12/24/2019 Tenant called back. Darien says there is mold everywhere in unit, water leak that Mgmt is not fixing, they're in litigation with Developer. Mgmt has agreed to let tenant out of lease but told him he needs to pay for next 30days. Tenant is getting sick has respiratory issues. Should he still have to pay even though he's been let out of lease? He has moved out. Can someone call back before January rent is due?
