In or around August 2025, management had someone change the temperature of the water within the building. Prior to that, the water temperature was more than sufficient. Now it is luke warm. I understand that 100 degrees is the legal temperature and I doubt that the water is warm enough on most days. Additionally, as I understand it, water needs to be around 130 degrees when someone moves into a unit. I would venture to say that it has not been that warm on any day since August. I have
