Per Online; Building began a loud 6 month construction project on back carport with zero notice at time of signing lease, and no notice until after construction began. No rent concessions given but some arbitrary offer for a $300 gift card which does nothing to help.

Building has faulty wiring, and tenants have been told there is nothing they can do to fix it. They have apartment layouts also not approved by the city, as they brought out an architecht to redraw it, and many residents believe they are not in code violation.There is structural damage to the building, causing windows being unable to close on the west side of the building.
