Building has faulty wiring, and tenants have been told there is nothing they can do to fix it. They have apartment layouts also not approved by the city, as they brought out an architecht to redraw it, and many residents believe they are not in code violation. There is structural damage to the building, causing windows being unable to close on the west side of the building.
