There is construction on a house in the alley by my house (253 11th Ave E). The location is 10th and Thomas. The builders have left the Tyvek paper covering the outside of the house completely loose on one side, so that it blows in the wind all night and makes a very loud cracking sound all night long. I can't sleep with my windows open because the sound is so loud.

We live at 253 11th Ave E, and there is an incessant beeping noise that we can hear from our house. It happens every 2-3 minutes and goes on all day and all night. It's actually been happening for several years, usually starts up around this time of year and lasts for a few months. Every 2-3 minutes, we hear what sounds like equipment of some kind outside in the neighborhood beeping 5 times in a row. It doesn't seem to be coming from any of the townhouses in my complex, since

Per Online; I would like to complain about the fact that we have very unhealthy air quality, yet you have construction workers outside my house kicking up additional particles with the work they are doing while endangering their own health. Why can't this wait until the air quality is better? We also had leaf blowers outside the house yesterday, and it's thoughtless of the city to allow these businesses to operate at this moment.
