Squirrels in bathroom ceiling in area where exhaust fan is. They enter from the vent outside. I have been asking the property managers to resolve this since 2023. Squirrels come and go. My electrical wiring in the bathroom ceiling was chewed up in the past. Squirrels keep coming back and there has been no permanent solution.

I moved into Unit J at Beacon Crest Apartments on 6/2. There was a leak from the water heater upon move in that has resulted in water settling under the flooring. This has led to some of my belongings being damaged by the water leaking from the floor throughout the bedroom, bathroom, and parts of the living room, as well as mold growing in the cracks of the flooring. The water under the flooring and resulting mold has not been addressed and repairs have not been started. The landlord was notif

Per Online; Currently there is no local access to our neighborhood due to two seperate construction projects happening at the same time with road closures separate road closures on 14th. The first closure is on 14th ave and Lander, the second is on 14th and Bayview. Our apartment complex, and many other are in-between both closures. 14th ave is a one out to Beacon Ave, and there is no way to get back in without going down Bayview or Lander. HOUSING--per online--Landlord fails to maintain a habitable unit. Bedroom flooded. Shower cannot be used as it will increase flooding.
