There is a Large City of Seattle vehicle with a liquid container on the top of it, large enough to block the street on 29th ave at the very end of the street. It is beside the construction for new homes at the end of the avenue, doing something (spraying) and it is loud enough that it can be clearly heard inside of our bedroom across the street. It also has flashing lights and is blocking the whole residential street.It started around 10pm going until 10:20pm on tuesda

Per Online; We have several dozen cars blocking our fire lane and they have been there for weeks. I have video evidence of fire trucks and emergency vehicles not being able to get down our street. I am concerned for the safety of myself and my neighbors. I have tried to contact my building manager and leasing company and they won't respond or answer my calls.
