The lights go out when all three switches are on. I have addressed this issue for over 45 days with management. We cannot plug anything into the outlets associated with the lights without the breaker flipping. Management's response was to drape a cord across the unit. We complied but doing so created a hazard with constant tripping over the cord. The top maintenance person deduced that the wire associated with the lights/outlets is lower wattage than required. The fix would require rewiring

Per Online; To: SDCIHi SDCI Team,You currently have a project at 2537 15th Ave S, Seattle WA 98144 that is neighboring my property. First, this project has built a planter/water draining area directly up against my wooden garage. I am requesting this to be reviewed as once the plants begin to grow, the roots and the water will damage my home and foundation. Secondly, this project has built 3 doors that push out towards the driveway, this is a major concern

Per Online; There does not seem to be any concern for anyone's safety as this construction has employees cutting wood at the top of their construction (4-5 floors) and pieces of wood, falling from 4-5 stories and nearly landing on my family and I.Should there not be better safety protocols in place so that this does not happen and bystanders are not injured?
