The current resident of 2539 Mayfair Ave N is releasing his dog in our neighborhood and leaving it unattended daily in the morning or evening hours. The dog doesn't wear any dog muzzle and is not on a leash. It's a large breed dog that is frequently entering my property and trying to attack me. On a couple of occasions, I had to use a bear deterrent spray to protect myself on my porch or in my driveway.
