The owner of the home behind me (2539 Piedmont Pl W)recently removed a wall between the living room and Kitchen - creating an open concept for their rental. They also cut a large hole in the cement foundation on the North Side of the property and installed a larger window vs a small 1950's style basement window. The property has a serval easements.
